How To Sign Up For a Trip
The sign-up process is now conducted online via the Ticket Tailor platform. Sign-up will open at 6:00 am on the dates specified in the season schedule. The link to sign up for a particular trip will be published on the trip webpage.
- For two-day trips, sign-up typically opens on the Tuesday before the trip (please check the website and check out our newsletter for updates).
- For three-day trips, sign-up usually opens two weeks in advance.
- The weeklong trip to St. Anton is an exception, with sign-up opening approximately four weeks in advance.

On the sign-up day, follow the instructions at the link provided and choose the number of tickets you require. Remember that tickets can only be purchased for IAEA Ski Club Members.
Please note:
- Members are only allowed to sign up for themselves. It is not permitted to sign up on behalf of other members.
- f you are on duty travel at the time of sign-up or unable to connect to the internet for another valid reason, please contact the committee well in advance to request an exceptional permission for another member to sign you up.
For families, the system will provide the option to sign up for two adults and up to three children in a single session.

Payment
After registering for tickets on the Ticket Tailor site, you are required to transfer the total required amount to the Ski Club account within 2 hours (see account details here). The ski club committee will check the payments throughout the day.
Cancellation is possible up to 17:00 on the day of sign up. See the policy here.

Important Notes
Members who have joined the club at least one day in advance of the sign-up will be given priority for trips.
